Introducing AmpliTube’s most revolutionary
amp modeling technology yet

AI Machine Modeling™ is a revolutionary new technology from the developers of AmpliTube, the world’s most popular amp and FX sim.

For the first time, Machine Modeling software enables guitarists, without any custom hardware, to model the sound of any amp, cabinet or combo, plus pedals like distortion, overdrive, fuzz, EQ or boost, all with accuracy that’s virtually indistinguishable from the real thing.

IK’s powerful deep learning network lets you model your rig’s tone in just minutes using real guitar signals, not just test tones, for a level of authenticity like you’ve never imagined.

AI Machine Modeling

  • Models your favorite amps and pedals individually or as entire rigs with software

  • Sounds indistinguishable from the real gear

  • Uses your regular computer and audio interface

  • Simple as recording a guitar track

Create your own Tone Models

Use our special guitar/bass capture track to record the sound of any rig and then feed it into our Machine Modeling’s deep neural network software together with the original DI track. Our AI Machine Modeling software will compare the DI and wet signals to generate an exact algorithm of the modeled rig in minutes.

The result is called a “Tone Model,” a hyper-realistic, dynamic clone of your rig. Tone Models include every nuance of the amp and pedal in vivid detail with technology so advanced that you can even model an amp and cabinet together, then virtually separate the two to try other cabinets.

The algorithm can even capture an entire rig including harmonically complex fuzz, overdrive or other distortion pedals in front of an amp.

And you can create all of these with just your computer and audio interface.

AI Machine Modeling™ is not just the next step for modeling – it’s the definitive new standard.

If this sounds too good to be true, listen to the audio files below.

How does it sound?

To demonstrate how well AI Machine Modeling matches the real amp, we modeled several amps, cabs and complex rigs, and provided the original (real rig) recording for you to compare.

From IK’s private amp vault we pulled a rare, one-of-kind 1953 wide panel Fender 5B6 Bassman amp to model using our new AI Machine Modeling technology. The Fender Bassman amp is one of the most sought-after tweed amps of the era. Approximately 660 (model 5B6) were made between 1952-1954.

How to create a Tone Model

Creating a Tone Model is as easy as recording a guitar track. There are 3 simple steps:

1. Send a specially prepared guitar capture file through your rig

image

2. Our AI Machine Modeling software analyzes the dry and processed tracks using an advanced neural network

image

3. The neural network creates a “Tone Model” and precisely tunes it to your rig using deep machine learning

Gear you need

Creating a Tone Model is simple and requires a few pieces of standard recording equipment. With the AXE I/O and the dedicated Amp Out you can create a Tone Model using just a Mic and no additional hardware. If you don’t have an AXE I/O here is what you need to create a Tone Model:

  • Computer - modern computers with GPU processing unit are ideal
  • Audio interface - 2 input/output audio interface
  • Mic - to record your cabinet
  • Re-amp box - to connect your interface to your amp/pedal rig (*or use AXE I/O Amp Out feature for re-amplification)
  • Attenuator/Load Box (optional) - in case you want to connect your power amp directly to your interface
